Forever & Beyond

Dear Children,

Today, for some reason, this blog popped up in my inbox. Of course, we both forgot with how busy life has been since we moved to TX. Some new developments in our life include:
  • The addition of Samuel Adams (Australian Shepherd mixed with a Cattle Dog aka Texas Heeler). He's by far the best dog we've both ever owned.
  • Stella Artois is no longer a part of our family. She had trouble transitioning with all the new changes. Also, there are many changes to come. She is with a new family. We miss her although we know it's what is best.
  • Bock passed along; we have yet to get a new fish!
  • Your father is now working as a Marketing Automation Specialist at Catapult Systems. He was working as a Sales Coordinator before.
  • I work as a Project Coordinator for the surgical department of cardiac services at Dell Children's Medical Center. I worked as a Cardiac Technician before. We have made our way up the food chain.
  • Your father is currently on the track to receiving his masters in data analytics.
  • I am working on a possible doctorates in behavioral medicine.
  • We still live in the loft we found in Round Rock, TX.
  • We have spent the last few years traveling.
Travels:
  • Costa Rica
  • Bahamas
  • Italy
  • France
  • Switzerland
  • Mexico
  • Canada
  • United States: Las Vegas, New Orleans, Philly, Nashville, NY, Arizona, Maine, New Mexico, New Hampshire, DC, Rhode Island, CT,
Future travel plans (next year or so):
  • UK
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Road trip through Cali
  • Chicago
We plan to buy a house in less than a years time. We also plan on trying to have children in the next year too. You will be delivered to us soon!

Love,

DF

The Beginning of Forever?

Dear Reader,

I've always enjoyed blogging. Therefore, I recently decided to start a blog about the Delman Family. This is meant to follow our journey and pass down to our children.

Lets begin!

We are currently living in Austin, TX. Who knows how long we'll be here? Although, we do enjoy this area very much! We moved from Worcester, MA after living with each other for roughly two years. We have many memories in MA as it is our home. Some comical memories of our last apartment include:

-The constant horror like sound as the heat would kick on & off. (Many guests made comments, "What is that noise?")
-The immensely loud Jamaican club jam on weekday nights followed by a pack of overly well-dressed, yelling slang throughout the hallways.
-The profound smell from our downstairs neighbor who sought comfort in the hippie lifestyle, driving around in a dirty old red horror van, and working on a farm.
-The woman who didn't speak but somehow showed up everywhere with her cat.
-The pool rules that were never followed!
-The numerous times our laundry was either stuck or left soaking wet due to the "ghetto" laundry room or your father losing the card.
-The hole poked in the ceiling that drained water into a bucket which was so precisely tapped on the bay window.
-The time your father's car got towed days before we were leaving for TX. Also, hours before our going away party.

Those are just some of the many memories we experienced there. We had many good times. We also built many traditions that will last us our life together. It was the building blocks of the foundation we created together known now as the Delman Family consisting currently of Stella, Bock, Delman & Hobbs.
